Now with his restaurants Bosscat Kitchen & Libations and Ten Sushi + Cocktail Bar, he shares insight on what it takes to manage a successful restaurant, including staff management, and his experience with expanding to other states.  He also dives into the most important part of the restaurant business: the customer experience.
